At The Beans, we strive to deliver freshly roasted coffee to you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India

  • Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and courier serviceability

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout

  • Any applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their orders using the provided details

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply

7. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the package and product
